Mallow Utd’s U14A team continued a strong start to the season on Sunday 3rd of September beating Carrigaline A 4-1 at home, following a 0-5 away win over Youghal in their previous fixture.
Mallow raced to a 3-0 lead in the first 20
minutes, with goals by Ben O’Connor, Ronan O’Sullivan and Cathal Sheehan. Carrigaline fought their way back in to the match, making it
3-1 early in the second half. However the Mallow defence held strong and Ronan O’Sullivan sealed the with making it 4-1 late in the second half. Ronan O’Sullivan has now scored 4 goals in two matches.
